چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه: تداخل شامل رقابت برای توان بالقوه محیطی و دگرآسیبی است. علف‌های‌هرز دگرآسیب با آزادسازی ترکیبات شیمیایی اصولاً از نوع متابولیت‌های ثانویه از راه‌های مختلف نظیر ترشحات ریشه، تجزیه بقایا، آبشویی و تبخیر ممکن است موجب ایجاد اثرات مثبت، منفی و یا حتی خنثی بر محصولات زراعی شوند؛ بنابراین هدف از این آزمایش، ارزیابی توان بالقوه دگرآسیبی علف‌های‌هرز قیاق، خرفه و گل‌گندم بر خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی و میزان رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی شاهی در شرایط آزمایشگاهی بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: برای آزمایش‌های زیست‌سنجی، غلظت‌های مختلف 0، 20، 40، 60، 80 و 100 درصد (عصاره 10 درصد وزن به حجم) از علف‌های‌هرز از قبیل قیاق، خرفه و گل گندم با کمک آب مقطر تهیه شد و سپس روی 50 عدد بذر گواهی شده شاهی به‌طور جداگانه اعمال گردید. در این آزمایش، صفاتی نظیر سرعت و درصد جوانه‌زنی و میزان رنگیزه‌های کلروفیل a، b، کل و کاروتنوئیدها بر اساس روش استون سرد اندازه‌گیری شد.
یافته‌ها: برازش مدل رگرسیونی نشان داد که سرعت و درصد جوانه‌زنی شاهی تنها در غلظت‌های فراتر از 80 درصد عصاره آبی قیاق به‌طور معنی‌داری کاهش نشان داد. به ازای هر واحد افزایش درصد غلظت عصاره قیاق، طول ریشه‌چه، بنیه بذر، میزان کلروفیل‌ کل و کاروتنوئیدهای شاهی به‌ترتیب به‌میزان 08/0 سانتی‌متر، 68/8، 007/0 و 007/0 میلی‌گرم بر گرم کاهش نشان داد. مطابق نتایج، بین غلظت‌های مختلف عصاره خرفه با صفات جوانه‌زنی و رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی شاهی یک رابطه نمایی برقرار بود. به‌طوری‌که در بیشتر موارد این صفات تا غلظت 40 درصد از شیب کاهشی ملایم برخوردار بودند، اما در فراتر از این غلظت با شیب تندی کاهش نشان دادند. در مورد گل‌گندم، درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی به‌علاوه طول ساقه‌چه شاهی تنها در غلظت 100 درصد به‌ترتیب معادل 67/14، 67/14 و 81/29 درصد کاهش نشان دادند، اما طول ریشه‌چه و بنیه بذر شاهی با افزایش غلظت‌های عصاره آبی گل گندم کاهش نشان دادند. بیشترین اثر کاهشی مربوط به تیمار 100 درصد به‌ترتیب به میزان 38/52 و 44/55 درصد بود. میزان کلروفیل‌کل شاهی در غلظت‌های 60، 80 و 100 درصد از عصاره گل گندم در مقایسه با شاهد به‌ترتیب معادل 37/14، 59/27 و 29/25 درصد کاهش نشان داد، اما اثر غلظت‌های 20 و 40 درصد عصاره گل گندم بر رنگیزه مورد بررسی معنی‌دار نبود. نتایج در مورد میزان کاروتنوئیدها مشابه نتایج کلروفیل کل بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: مطابق نتایج، علف‌های مورد بررسی به‌ویژه خرفه در غلظت‌های بالا دارای اثر دگرآسیبی شدیدی بر ویژگی‌های جوانه‌زنی و رنگیزه‌های فتوسنتزی شاهی بودند. این امر نیازمند تحقیقات بیشتر در محیط طبیعی که گیاهان هدف در نزدیک هم می‌رویند، می‌باشد.

جنبه‌های نوآوری:
1- ترکیبات دگرآسیب حاصل از علف‌هرز خرفه به ویژه در غلظت‌های بالا، جوانه‌زنی بذر و رنگدانه‌های فتوسنتزی گیاه شاهی را نسبت به قیاق و گل گندم به‌شدت کاهش می‌دهد.
2- با توجه به اثبات اثر دگرآسیبی عصاره آبی حاصل از علف‌های‌هرز مورد بررسی، می‌تواند کاندیدی برای تولید علف‌کش‌های زیستی باشد.
